I know that this has to start somewhere. I feel like I have started and stopped this at least... jeez I don't even know. All I know is that I am putting my foot down. This summer I begin doing CrossFit. Let me tell you how I feel about CrossFit. I.LOVE.CROSSFIT. Although I am a female, I have never so loved the gains that I had made during the four months I was able to go to a gym in the town I live in.
So to say the least, I want to go back to being in a gym again and start doing WODs again. I was afraid that it would effect my ability to run, but it definitely maintained my mile time (for the most part) even though I didn't do a ton of running over the summer.
I found that I love Paleo, as well. I went through the Whole30 program and lost 4% body fat in 30 days. To me this is pretty awesome. I also gained a big amount of muscle at the same time!
So, my goals with this is to keep myself accountable to myself and make sure that I do what I am promising myself I will do.
1. I will start eating Paleo again. I felt better without the grains, dairy, legumes, sugars and white potatoes.
2. I expect myself to do workouts that push myself. This is huge. Yes, I do workout on a daily basis, but not always the way I should, but I am expecting myself to workout all out in a crossfit manner.
3. I will hold myself accountable.
